Frequently Asked Questions
At Terrain Health we aim to find the root cause of illness. With that said, we believe strongly in disease prevention rather than disease suppression; therefore, our practice is centered around improving and preserving health, in addition to treating illness. We want to restore health to those with diseases and enhance and maintain resiliency in the healthy. To achieve this goal, we develop very close partnerships with our patients, educating them about self-care, and supporting and guiding them at every step of the way throughout their health journey. We do not subscribe to the one-size-fits-all philosophy of conventional medicine, nor do we believe there is a pill for every ill. Every individual is unique, and Terrain Health caters to every person's individual health needs and goals.
