Dr. Robin Rose, a double board-certified specialist in gastroenterology and internal medicine, has been practicing for 17 years in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and currently specializing in precision, functional medicine. She is the founder and CEO of Terrain Health.
Dr. Robin Rose teaches women and men how to achieve their best self by restoring and optimizing gut health. Attaining gut balance impacts our brain, hormone, metabolic, and skin health, paving the way for feeling more energized and looking younger than we have in years.
She received her bachelor's degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Lehigh University, graduating with honors. She then went on to obtain her master's degree in Neuropsychology from New York University. She received her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating with honors, and was inducted into the Psi Sigma Alpha Osteopathic National Honors Society. She did her post-graduate training in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City and received board certification in both disciplines. Dr. Robin is listed as a functional medicine provider with the Institute of Functional Medicine.
Dr. Robin is the author of several peer-reviewed articles published in various disciplines, including gastroenterology, neuroscience, and hematology. Her most important research was done with Dr. Burton Korelitz in Inflammatory Bowel Disease with publications in the American Journal of Gastroenterology and Gastroenterology.
Her mission is to educate, inspire and teach self-care. She will always go with your gut so you can get your groove back, feel energized, lose weight, and look great!

Tracey lives in Connecticut with her husband and three children. She is active in her community, volunteering for breast cancer awareness causes, and is a prominent speaker on care of the aging female, as well as an adjunct clinical professor for both Marist and Quinnipiac Physician Assistant Programs.
Tracey brings over 20+ years of clinical practice, combining her foundational experience in Emergency Medicine and Primary Care with her current expertise in Women’s Health. Tracey’s inherent passion for patient care is integral to her approach in identifying and remedying underlying health issues, encompassing both traditional and functional medicine.

Lisa lives in North Salem, NY with her husband and three teenagers. She is an active member of her church and a long-time practicer of Bikram yoga.
A self-proclaimed health-nut who loves to share good news, Lisa is thrilled to be a part of the Terrain Health team at this exciting, formative time! A Brand-Builder and Sales/Marketing specialist, Lisa spent fifteen years in the Luxury market working with iconic brands such as Dolce&Gabanna, Moschino, Calvin Klein, and Donna Karan.

With 20+ years of experience guiding people in functional movement and relaxation techniques as well as counseling people to meet their health potential, Michelle has a deep knowledge and understanding of holistic health and nutrition that informs her work in movement, mindfulness and functional nutrition, the relationship between the mind and the body, and skills to optimize health.
