Terrain Health is a functional and integrative longevity practice dedicated to personalized medicine. Please review the following important information before scheduling your discovery call:

  • Licensing: While our providers are licensed in several states, we believe that personalized medicine is best done in person. Our treatments are typically only available in-office. While we do offer telemedicine services under limited circumstances, and only if licensing allows, patients should expect to be seen frequently in our CT or NY clinics.
  • Not a Primary Care Provider: Terrain Health is not a primary care provider (PCP). Patients must maintain an active relationship with a PCP for acute care needs and routine physical exams.
  • Self-Pay Practice: We do not accept insurance. All services, including consultations, programs, laboratory or diagnostic testing, prescriptions, peptides, supplements, IV, or integrative therapies, are self-pay.
  • In-Person Onboarding: New patient onboarding appointments (Initial Consultation and Lab Assessment) are conducted in person only at our Connecticut (CT) or New York (NY) clinics.
  • Prescription Policy: Prescription medications are provided only to patients enrolled in a Terrain Health program.
  • IV/Integrative Treatment Services: Terrain Health is a private medical practice, not a retail "drip bar'. Our IV and treatment services are only available to our program patients or those being referred to us for treatment with written orders by the treating physician.
  • Initial Consultation and Lab Assessment: Consists of two in-person appointments approximately one month apart.

Annual Programs:

After the initial consultation and lab assessment, patients who elect to onboard with Terrain Health will be placed into a program based on their individual health needs.

Personalized Longevity:

  • Misharo Fraser, ND: $650/mo*
  • Robin Rose, DO: $2,200/mo*

Youth Longevity (22 years old and under):

  • Caitlin Policastro, APRN: $450/mo*
  • Misharo Fraser, ND: $450/mo*
  • Robin Rose, DO: $825/mo*

Recovery & Restoration:

  • Caitlin Policastro, APRN: $875/mo*
  • Misharo Fraser, ND: $875/mo*
  • Robin Rose, DO: $2,800/mo*

Youth Recovery & Restoration (22 years old and under):

  • Caitlin Policastro, APRN: $625/mo*
  • Misharo Fraser, ND: $625/mo*
  • Robin Rose, DO: $1,400/mo*

*Fees do not include costs for laboratory or diagnostic testing, prescriptions, peptides, supplements, IV, or integrative therapies.
