In-person onboarding required: New patient appointments are conducted in person at our CT or NY clinics only.
Self-pay practice: We do not accept insurance. All services are provided on a self-pay basis.
Not a primary care provider: You must maintain an active relationship with your own PCP for acute illness and routine exams.
Prescriptions & IV therapies: Reserved exclusively for patients actively enrolled in a Terrain Health program.
Advanced lab testing: Most testing is through specialized private labs, ranging from several hundred to several thousand dollars.
Telemedicine limited: Available only under limited circumstances and where licensing permits.

Everyone on the entire staff was welcoming and friendly, and the appointment with Dr Rose was also wonderful. She acknowledged and thoroughly answered all of my questions and concerns while providing very concrete reasons and evidence for her treatment plan. But she also made sure to ask “does that all sound good with you?” I left there with my continuing treatment plan and feeling like I’m doing really well with my health journey and living a much better life since meeting Dr Rose.
