Dr. Rose practices integrative medicine, combining evidence-based “holistic medical approaches with conventional.” The doctor believes that our health is heavily influenced by our epigenetics (how we interact and adapt to the world around us throughout our lives impacts our health). For example, what we eat, how often we move or exercise, how well and how long we sleep, and how we handle stress all influence our epigenetics and why we express health or disease.
